The Marie Anderson Workshops
conducted at Villa Botanica,
the beautiful home of Ralph and
Janet Hogan at Airlie Beach in
February 2008, were very successful.
As a result, follow-up workshops on Parenting and
Relationships will be held on16 to 22 April. Below are some
of the comments received about the Workshops. (To view the

“I found the Marie Anderson Workshop particularly helpful
because it provided a practical, scientific explanation for the
negative thoughts and reactions we all harbour. This deeper
understanding gave me a new appreciation for my mind,
despite being the self-saboteur it often is. I felt empowered by
the teachings in the workshop even though I have always
considered myself extremely in touch with my emotions.
Thousands of years of Eastern philosophy combined with
cutting edge Western Psychology provided personal insights
that were shocking in their simplicity and were usually
unattainable from everyday introspection.”

"Marie Anderson’s workshops are a warm, awakening
experience providing invaluable insights into examining yourself
and modern culture and offering tools to allow self
improvement." (P.A., Airlie Beach)
“I was so impressed with the workshop. It exceeded any
expectations I had. I am extremely grateful that I was able to
attend and I feel many seeds have been planted which are
already helping me in my work and relationships. I have been
able to implement many of the concepts and practices I learnt
at the workshop into my daily life and I am seeing several
positive changes. I now feel I am achieving a much more
fulfilled and balanced life. I would highly recommend any of
Marie Anderson’s workshops and I look forward to being able to
attend many more in the future to further my understanding and
personal development.“

“Fabulous, inspiring, informative, interactive, look forward to
your next workshop.”
(S.R., Airlie Beach)
“ If my greatest fear is public speaking, right on its bum is
anything that smacks of emotional manipulation. I’m the guy
who refuses to participate in all that team building and bonding
crap. I’d never go down a flying fox to discover myself and if
some hairy colleague was stupid enough to fall back into my
trusty team player arms, I’d let him hit the deck.
“So I’m a) amazed that I let the child bride convince me to
attend Marie’s workshops with her, b) ecstatic that I didn’t have
to act like a chicken, beat a mattress, sob into a tissue or
otherwise embarrass myself, c) continuing to pursue the info
Marie gave us. I’ve learnt more about not stuffing up my life in 1
day than in the past 20 years. “
